>> 10 Biggest Brain Damaging Habits <<
1. No Breakfast > People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating > It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking > It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption > Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution > The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
6. Sleep Deprivation > Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping > Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness > Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

Woah, I thought I haven’t posted for a week. Hahahah. I’ve been really busy, busy playing The Sims 3. Haahah! I’m having real fun experimenting things that aren’t possible in reality but are in the game. I visit fan sites and the likes frequently, waiting for custom contents I might need. Thought not just because of CCs, ’cause I’ve tried one of the challenges a member posted on one of the Sims sites. The challenge is about living in a small house unfurnished having just the needed things in your kitchen and in your bathroom. You’re not allowed to have a job. To make a living, you must mooch your neighbors and steal their belongings. Hahah. It sounded fun so I tried it out. Lol. Here are screencaps where my Sim, J Daxen, does a rummage on his best friend’s trash bin. Hahahah. Yeah, best friend. He worked out for their relationship to be ‘best friends’ so he’ll be able to sleep over since his house is unfurnished. so no beds. =))

What’s that black part supposed to be? Hairs? It needs details! Hahahaha.

Mom told me we would go to Marina Mall, for the sake of letting us be shone by the sun, lol. Hahah, we haven’t gone anywhere yet since the first day of the vacation. ‘Cept for my li’l bro’s birtdhay and the kind. Usually, going to Carefour is the last thing we do, so when we were to go home, we stopped by there to buy some groceries. My sister and I insisted that we stay at the electronics section, I was taking a look at the PCs and Macbooks while my sister was on for a USB connector for her PSP. Sadly, we wasn’t able to find any USB connector compatible with PSP 3000. But we still looked around, I was so surprised when my sister shouted “The Sims 3!!” Hahahhaha. So then we were in a sudden shock, we weren’t expecting that they’d release it here by June. Hahah, thought at least of a one month or two months delay. We were discussuing then if we’ll go get the box and run to Mom and Dad, lol. It’s 179 Dirhams! When we told our parents about getting the game, they said it’s too expensive, really. Hahah, I, myself was thinking twice on buying it. But… Take a look at this:

The Sims 3
Hahah! I jusr got my the Sims 3! Hahahhaha =)) A note on this game, there are a lot of things that must be added in here, just a base game anyway, I’ll probably keep track of available custom contents. Heheheh!
And my sister got a bit disappointed in TS3, she thought the controls were like the ones in Grand Theft Auto, hahahaha. Like, you can drive your car, woalk around, etc. Well, you can walk around the neighborhood, but at times, going to a neighbor even requires using a car, lol. I mean, your sim does that on his own. I was using Mortimer Goth when I instructed him to visit the Langerak Estate when he used a limousine! =)) Bwhahhahaha, so funny how they act lol.
I think the game would be much better if there are other possibilities the Sims could die other than by the fire, pool, hunger, or simply old age. Like, getting hit by a car, or accidents, and suicide? Hahhaha, kidding. Lol. =))
P.S. I was supposed to post a long story last night but I got carried away and played the Sims 3 all night long, lol.
Bye for now, hahaha, ’cause I’ll be playing the game! =))

Your Cellphone

THINGS YOU NEVER KNEW YOUR CELLPHONE COULD…
There are a few things that can be done in times of grave emergencies.
Your mobile phone can actually be a life saver or an emergency tool for
survival. Check out the things that you can do with it:
*I*
*The Emergency Number worldwide for **Mobile** is 112.* If you find
yourself out of coverage area of your mobile network and there is an
emergency, dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to
establish the emergency number for you, and interestingly this number 112
can be dialed even if the keypad is locked. **Try it out.**
*II*
*Subject: Have you locked your keys in the car? Does you car have remote
keys?*
This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone:
If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call
someone at home on their cell phone from your cell phone.
Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person
at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on
their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your
keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away,
and if you can reach someone who has the other “remote” for your car, you
can unlock the doors (or the trunk).
Editor’s Note: *It works fine! We tried it out and it unlocked our car
over a cell phone!”*
*III*
Subject: Hidden Battery power
Imagine your cell battery is very low, you are expecting an important call
and you don’t have a charger. Nokia instrument comes with a reserve
battery. To activate, press the keys *3370# Your cell will restart with
this reserve and the instrument will show a 50% increase in battery. This
reserve will get charged when you charge your cell next time.
AND
*IV*
How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone?
To check your Mobile phone’s serial number, key in the following digits on
your phone:
* # 0 6 #
A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your
handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. when your phone get
stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They
will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the
SIM card, your phone will be totally useless.
You probably won’t get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever
stole it can’t use/sell it either.
If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile
phones.
Please spread this useful information around
Thought I’d post it here, because of the last line.Hahah
